Policies and Terms of Conditions of Service
Why we have policies
We understand that creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment is essential for you to relax and indulge in our services. That's why we have established these policies to ensure a seamless and delightful journey for each and every one of our valued clients. From appointment scheduling to payment procedures, we aim to provide you with a clear understanding of our practices, so you can feel confident and at ease throughout your time with us. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our policies, as they reflect our commitment to your satisfaction and help us maintain the highest standards of service.

Promotional Vouchers

Vouchers can only be used on full price services.

Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Only one promotional voucher may be used at any one time.

Patch Tests
Patch tests must be carried out 48 hours before certain treatments can be carried out. (Please see below)

No waivers and no exceptions. You will get one reminder to come in for a patch test but it is your responsibly to come for it. If you fail to show up for your patch test and do not cancel within the 48 hours you will loose your 50% deposit, as we will not be able to carry out the treatment.
03.
Bookings
All bookings must be secured by paying a 50% deposit via the booking system, you will receive an email to ask you to pay the deposit for your booking. This must be done within 24 hours of making the booking. If your booking deposit is not paid within 24 hours of making the booking, your appointment will be cancelled and offered to another client. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another treatment.

Deposits
All bookings must be secured by paying a 50% deposit via the booking system, you will receive an email to ask you to do this. If this is not done within 24 hours of booking the appointment your appointment will be cancelled and offered to another client. Deposits are non-refundable, you can however reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.
05.
Cancellations
48 hours notice must be given for any reschedules or cancellations or you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If you fail to show you will be charged in full. There are no exceptions, this applies to any reason for your reschedule or cancellation. Please take into consideration that 48 hours is not enough time for us to fill an appointment.
06.
Change of Treatment
If you come in for an appointment and change your mind about what you would like done, if the treatment takes less time and is cheaper you will still be charged the amount for what you were originally booked in for.
07.
Age Policy
Clients that are 16 + years of age
Nobody under the age of 16 will be able to be treated for any kind of waxing.
Clients that are 18+ years of age
Nobody under the age of 18 will be Abe to be treated for any eyelash or eyebrow tint, henna brows, brow lamination, nail extensions or gel polish.
08.
Refund Policy
Bookings made in Person
Deposits for bookings made in the salon cannot be refunded for cash, or to a credit/debit card. Instead, a salon gift card for the value of the booking / deposit will be issued, or you may transfer your deposit to a different treatment booking.

Bookings Made Online
Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued only for bookings made online. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments made online can be done up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service fee.
Any refund value will be issued to the same card the booking was made with, and cannot be issued to another credit/debit card, nor in another tender.

Variations in the policy
Please note that the refund policy may vary depending on the specific service or treatment you are booking. We recommend that you carefully review the refund policy when booking online.

09.
Recommend a Friend Policy
20% off cards may only be used during off peak times, and by NEW customers only. We have a range of other offers which may be available to existing customers. Discount cards are specifically for the therapist stated on the discount card and cannot be used for a reduction for any other service or therapist other than that clearly stated. The card must be fully completed prior to its redemption.

There is a minimum spend of £30 for redemption of any 20% offer cards.
10.
Children and the salon
Whilst we appreciate that some of our valued clients have families and may struggle with childcare, particularly during the holiday period, it is with regret that we can not accommodate children in any part of the salon environment during your scheduled appointment, or otherwise.

Only those who have booked may be present during your treatment. If you cannot attend your appointment child free please get in contact to rearrange at a time which is more suitable,
